RFSA Annual Membership Meeting and Holiday Celebration
Thursday, December 13, 4:00-6:00 p.m.

RFSA members will elect new board members at the annual meeting. Dues paying members are eligible to self-nominate for board positions and cast votes. To nominate yourself, please email your board position candidate statement (who you are and why you are running) for the ballot to rfsa@sfsu.edu by Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Please limit candidate statements to 250 words. You may attach your headshot and include your LinkedIn profile. The open board member positions are:
- Faculty Co-Chair (two-year term)
- Staff Co-Chair (special one-year term)
- Treasurer (two-year term)
- Recorder (special one-year term)
- Membership Director (two-year term)
- Events Director (special one-year term)
- Communications Director (two-year term)
- Archivist (special one-year term)
Please note that half of the board member positions will be elected for a special one-year term; these positions will revert to a two-year term at next year’s elections. This change will improve the continuity of the RFSA Board by enabling half of the board members to be elected every year instead of all board members every two years.
